I support adults and teens with overcoming anxious thoughts and emotional overwhelm.

You may experience:

  • An inner critic that constantly spews negative self-talk

  • Racing heart, sweaty palms, and difficulty breathing

  • Perfectionistic tendencies and "imposter syndrome"

  • Constant worrying about the future and what's to come

  • All or nothing or "black/white" thoughts, and always jump to worst-case-scenario

Together, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will work to identify negative beliefs/automatic thoughts, recognize the relationship between your thoughts/feelings/actions, and work to create new, more helpful thoughts that leave you feeling more calm and at ease.

I also support clients with learning techniques to tolerate overwhelming emotions and become more grounded in the present moment utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
